Monica started creating this piece for a live art and wine event in Santa Barbara, CA. While guests mingled and sipped wine, she poured the alcohol ink base for this piece. After the base was completed, Anerol told Monica that she had a vision for the piece. She described seeing two faces of people embracing and asked if she could add to the painting with her charcoal figure drawing. After her charcoal figure drawing was complete, Monica finished off the piece with a coat of epoxy resin to give it a glossy sealed coating.
